Your audio needs to be in a high resolution format (WAV, AIF etc) no MP3 or compressed audio files can be excepted.
Please ensure no limiters have been used on the output mix bus in an attempt to add volume to the mix. this seriously limits the scope of what professional mastering can bring to your project.
