1750 Broadway 4.5w Suitcase Amplifier

5-watt light weight student combo from the 1663 catalogue. The Broadway was the first of what would come to be known as the “Suitcase” amplifiers. The amp had no control panel as such, just two inputs with a volume and tone control on the speaker baffle. The broadway also featured a single 9" x 6" inch oval speaker. Marketed as a portable, light weight student amplifier.
